Jenny at Southern Savers had a great article a while back and I just saw it again. It reminded me that Walmart may be provide good bargains for household items such as dishes, sheets, electronics, etc, they DO NOT stack up against Kroger (or Food Lion for that matter) in the grocery and household cleaning goods arena!
Check her article here and let me know what you think. I have tried this test for myself several times and EVERY TIME Kroger and Food Lion win out unless it's a staple item that never goes on sale with coupons (rice, flour, etc).
